The Complete Vietnam with a Coastal Finale: From Hanoi to the Coffee Highlands, Nha Trang and the Vibrant South
This is the journey for travellers who want to understand Vietnam in one trip – and still have time to slow down by the sea. Over 13 days you move from the thousand-year-old streets of Hanoi to the misty coffee highlands, then to the beaches of Nha Trang, before flying to the energy of Saigon and the waterways of the Mekong Delta.
You will not simply visit Vietnam: you will harvest and roast your own coffee on a working farm, cruise limestone karsts in Ninh Binh, taste street food in the Old Quarter, snorkel coral reefs in Nha Trang, and glide down coconut canals in Ben Tre with a local family.
Three chapters, one story: Hanoi (history, food, slow days), the Real Coffee Farmer experience ending with Nha Trang, and Saigon & the Mekong Delta (city energy, history, rural life). The journey concludes in Saigon.
