  •   Rest after the long flight. 
  •   Take a gentle walk along Nha Trang beach to familiarize yourself with the new environment and enjoy the sea breeze. 

Thap Cham

- Day 4: Visit Ponagar Tower 

  •   Visit the historical Cham towers, about 2km from the city center. You can take a taxi or bus. 
  •   This is your first cultural exploration activity, helping you understand more about local history. 

- Day 5: Join a Yoga or Tai Chi Class 

  •   Participate in a gentle class at a nearby community center or resort (free or low cost). 
  •   This activity helps maintain joint health and mental relaxation.

- Day 6: Experience Dam Market 

  •   Visit the largest market in Nha Trang to shop for fresh produce, souvenirs, and enjoy local cuisine. 
  •   This is a great opportunity to experience the daily life of the locals. 

- Day 7: Rest and Relax 

  •   Spend time resting at your accommodation or enjoy a gentle spa/massage to rejuvenate. 

 


 

 Week 2: Exploring Nature and Culture

- Day 8: Visit the Oceanography Institute 

  •   Learn about Vietnam's marine life at this small museum, suitable for those who prefer less movement. 

- Day 9: Boat Trip to Hon Mun (depending on health) 

  •   If you feel well, join a short boat trip to Hon Mun to see coral and fish (choose a tour with minimal movement). 

Cuisine

- Day 10: Vietnamese Cooking Class 

  •   Join a class to cook simple dishes like pho or spring rolls, allowing you to experience local cuisine. 

- Day 11: Walk in Tran Phu Park 

  •   Take a gentle walk along the coastal park, enjoy the scenery, and breathe in the fresh air. 

- Day 12: Visit Long Son Pagoda 

  •   Visit the famous pagoda with the white Buddha statue and learn about Vietnamese Buddhism in a peaceful setting.

  •   Join a gentle art class to relax and be creative. 

- Day 17: Watch a Traditional Music Performance 

  •   Enjoy traditional Vietnamese music at a local cultural event, possibly at the newly famous "Dó" Theater with its unique program. 

- Day 18: Visit a Traditional Craft Village 

  •   Visit a pottery or weaving village to see handmade production processes. 

- Day 19: Meet the Expat Community 

  •   Attend a gathering of foreigners in Nha Trang to socialize and make friends. 

- Day 20: Walk in the City Flower Garden

 Week 4: Relaxation and Preparation to Leave

- Day 28: Prepare Luggage 

  •   Check out of your accommodation and pack your belongings. 

- Day 29: Final Spa or Massage 

  •   Relax before your departure. 

- Day 30: Leave Nha Trang 

  •  Travel to Cam Ranh Airport and return to Germany or to USA.
