The Complete Vietnam: From the Historic North to the Coffee Highlands and the Vibrant South

This is the journey for travellers who want to understand Vietnam in one trip – not just see it. Over 13 days you move seamlessly from the thousand-year-old streets of Hanoi to the misty coffee highlands of the Central Highlands, then south to the energy of Saigon and the waterways of the Mekong Delta.

You will not simply visit Vietnam. You will live it: harvesting and roasting your own coffee on a working farm, cruising limestone karsts in Ninh Binh, tasting street food in the Old Quarter, and gliding down coconut canals in Ben Tre with a local family.

Three chapters, one story: Hanoi (history, food, slow days), the Real Coffee Farmer experience in the Central Highlands, and Saigon & the Mekong Delta (city energy, history, rural life).
