Purpose: Obtain net B2B supplier rates for hotel, farm accommodation, transport, guiding and experiences so Winter in Vietnam can finalize 2026 tour pricing for European travel partners.
1. PRODUCT CONCEPT
Winter in Vietnam is developing a small-group, experience-led Vietnam product for international travellers. The signature experience is “Real Vietnam Coffee – Become a Vietnamese Coffee Farmer”, a 5-day/4-night immersive programme in Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak. Guests work alongside local coffee farmers, learn coffee cultivation and processing, roast and brew coffee, and experience Ê Đê culture. The source programme is designed for 8–16 guests and emphasizes authentic participation rather than sightseeing.
The 14-day products add a slower discovery and holiday phase after the 5-day farm immersion. We are seeking reliable local suppliers who can provide consistent quality, transparent net rates and flexible small-group operations.
